Saurabh Pratap Singh is a highly motivated and skilled professional with a passion for human resources and data analytics. He completed his PGDM from NMIMS Bangalore with a specialization in Human Resources and Analytics. Saurabh has a proven academic track record and over 3 years of experience in the IT sector, working for Telecom giant Ericsson, a Swedish based company. In his tenure, he provided his expertise in 4 different projects and handled the quality assurance department for various clients including Century Link, Digi Cell Inc, and Saudi Telecom. Saurabh is known for his exemplary skills in understanding the requirements of technical projects and has volunteered for NSS KIIT University, conducting a 2-year program to impart higher education to tribal students, at one of the largest tribal schools in the country KISS. He is currently associated with UDYAM – CSR committee of NMIMS Bangalore which collaborates with NGOs and social organizations to sensitize people towards social issues, and help those in need. Saurabh is a Human Resources Intern at Tata Steel, where he developed a job description for 62 profiles which included around 14 departments. He worked from home and communicated with various department managers through mails and necessary phone calls. He identified critical positions and interviewed managers and employees of concerned profile through mails and phone calls. All the critical data were collected from various stakeholders and was benchmarked against industry standards in consultation with the manager. Saurabh has also worked as an Intern at LetsEndorse where he developed a mentorship framework by identifying common issues faced by micro-entrepreneurs in tier3/4 cities. He worked closely to identify key persons for mentee and mentorship programs and presented a common mentorship evaluation form, and started onboarding mentors and kickstarting the mentor connects. He has also worked as an Intern at Activitas Management Advisors. Saurabh's educational background includes a PGDM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Bangalore, a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kiit University, and a Senior Secondary degree from Stella Maris College Sultanpur.
